Comfortable bed, very comfortable bathroom and an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker and a TV in the room. Location just next door to a great boulangerie with giant pain chocolate, the fabulous centre of town, an amazing medieval town square and town square and restaurants.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. On the website there were only twin rooms left but the hotel orgainsed a double on our arrival. We arrived by motorcycle and there was excellent secure parking at the hotel. The hotel is well located in the centre of an interesting and pleasant old town. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short break in this area of France.

Another good and safe option from the kyriad group. The room was bright, large enough and had all the necessary equipment.Location near the centre of town was good.
The wifi signal in my room would not work. Weak signal in foyer. Staff claim it was the weather causing it. Given that I chose to stay there so I could have Internet access it was disappointing. Also, the kettle was calcified and needed a good clean. No discount......for inconvenience.

This is a very new hotel, stylish and comfortable. The staff have been very well trained and really want to please the customer. I drive a 4x4 with a roof box so the underground car park was no good, so the receptionist moved her car down there and gave me her open air secure parking place, very impressive. She also knew the town very well not only giving us a local map but marking on it the best places for our group to visit. Although technically on the ring road, the location was only a short walk from the centre, a stylish square that is well worth the visit.
Shame there was no bar for a nightcap

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main square. The staff provide excellent service and are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with some net curtains to allow for privacy. The breakfast is a real bonus, with delicious local pastries to enjoy.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one.

The room was clean and had enough storage space for our belongings. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

We stayed at the Kyriad for 4 nights on a cycling trip. The location was great for us, 2 minute walk into the main square for our morning coffee and 10 minutes cycling we were on the quiet back roads of the Ardennes. Our room was pristine, very clean with a big flat screen TV on the wall, coffee making facilities and the bathroom again was very clean and the hot shower was very satisfying after a hard day's cycling. We didn't use the gym facilities or the steam room but we did go down to have a look and as expected the standard was just as high as the rest of the Hotel. The staff were always very friendly and even spoke English very well and were cooperative. We really did enjoy the whole experience and this Hotel just added to what was a great short cycling trip to the Ardennes.
When entering the Hotel from the underground car park it seems like it’s uncompleted, as soon as you enter the lift and go up to the rooms the standard is very high so the unfinished look of the ground level really stands out, and of course if entering this way as we did gave us a poor first impression.
